Drotaverine is an Antispasmodic medicine which Relieves Contractions (Spasms) associated with Smooth Muscles in the Abdomen.
It is a Selective Inhibitor of Phosphodiesterase 4, and has no Anticholinergic Effects.

• Uses:- Drotaverine is used for Menstrual Pain, Abdominal Pain, Pain due to Kidney Stone, Pain due to Biliary stone and Gastro-Intestinal Colicky Pain.
• Half-Life:- Elimination half-life: 7–16 hours.
• Side Effects:- Nausea, Vomiting, Dryness in Mouth, Vertigo.

Mefenamic acid is a member of the Anthranilic Acid Derivatives (Fenamate) class of Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), It Inhibits both Isoforms of the Enzyme Cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2). This Prevents Formation of Prostaglandins.
