The enzyme works in the digestive tract to break down the complex carbohydrates (Polysaccharides and Oligosaccharides) in foods such as Legumes (Beans and Peanuts) and Cruciferous Vegetables (Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, and Brussels sprouts, among others).
